I believe people are incredibly resilient. My role as therapist is to give hope and guidance, helping others tap into their own strengths and assisting them in making change happen.
I am privileged to have been a therapist in the La Crosse community for 29 years. I hold a masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from UW Stout. I have worked with a wide variety of ages and concerns but specialize more with pre-adolescents through adulthood.
Areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, relationship issues, domestic violence, childhood and other traumas, life adjustments issues, self-esteem, family and parenting concerns and adolescent sexual perpetration issues.
I enjoy working with people and respect that they are experts in their own care.
