I believe positive mental health is a goal for all people and that there are many factors that can get in the way of this. My work focuses mainly on helping sort out these factors and assists a person in returning to a place of calm and happiness.
I believe there are skills that can be learned to change your perspectives and approaches to your own life to feel more fulfilled.
I believe everyone benefits from a confidential space to be themselves.
I believe that sometimes we need someone to help guide us to better insight, to reflect who we are by hearing what it is we are saying, and to provide unconditional positive regard for all parts of us as people.
I believe each individual has a story and that your story matters.
